Escape from Schokland
Find the secret exit and help Cornelis escape!
In 1928, a relentless northwesterly storm brought a terrible tragedy to the Netherlands. The storm caused high water levels and dike breaches, leading to the devastating flood disaster of 1825. Schokland, an island in the Zuiderzee, was severely affected by the natural disaster. Houses, farmland, and livestock were swept away by the rapidly rising water. The residents of Schokland, accustomed to living in harmony with the sea, suddenly found themselves powerless against the turbulent forces of nature. Dike breaches led to floods, forcing residents to flee their homes and the island, their hopes and dreams lost in the rapidly rising water.
